Tennis Skirt (oil on aluminium panel)

Capturing the folds in the material, this painting used a raw sienna underpainting with multiple layers of washes to build up depth.

Hannah (oil on board)

Unfinished. Multiple layers of oil paint.

Cat Eye (oil on board)

An attempt to capture reflections in the eye, contrasting with soft fur and hard whiskers. The background is acrylic impasto.

Denim Jeans (oil on canvas)

One of my favourites, this painting was built with tens of layers of washes with highlights and lowlights. As a personal challenge it was completed without using any black pigments.
